So I have an issue where in game my Voice Chat is very stuttery, I attempted to fix the problem by getting an Ethernet connection, that did not work, When someone talks in game it sounds like “He-e-e-e-el-l-l-l-o-o-o”

Below provided is a network speed test, I have reinstalled GTAV and FiveM and that has made no difference, This has happened ever since I first downloaded FiveM and on every server I have ever been on and I have read every article and forum post and have not been able to fix it
