No, and I’ve gone as far as re-installing my windows 10.

You wonder why you get no support when you fail to provide any useful information. Like seriously, do you expect people to read your mind to find out your PC specs, potential problems that may be causing this issue? No, they won’t and they can’t.
If you want support, put the effort into the template and provide some useful information, then you may be brought with a solution. Otherwise, sit quiet and don’t complain.
