Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes
Did you start Rockstar Games Launcher not as admin? Yes
Also add what you already tried so far. Tried reseting host file from system32, change steam email from my account to the same as rockstar account, uninstalling RedM multiple times, reset cache folder correctly, restart computer, close steam and reopen.
Main Thing : I want to play in a whitelisted server which use steam id 64 to whitelist people (quite casual) but when I open steam, then R Launcher and then RedM, I see black screen for about 10 seconds and then poof… end of process & crash log. If I close steam, I can launch redM correctly, browse servers… So It might be something like the network gateway between steam and Rockstar that is broken or something.
