I’ve wasted many hours already just trying to get this to work, I just want to complete my installation and update and I’m not sure what to still try…

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes.

Also add what you already tried so far: Reinstalled GTAV, deleted all FiveM files, moved FiveM to the same drive as GTA V, Installed a fresh installation of C++, restart computer, weeping silently. All I’ve accomplished is changing the error from “Spaghetti-August-Mockingbird” into a “Bravo-Mexico-Alanine”.

Well I fixed it myself… Apparently the trick after the error code I was getting changed was to just run FiveM in Safe Mode

How do you run it in safe mode?

I also have this problem, but can’t figure out how to run FiveM in safe mode.

You just restart your computer into safe mode with networking so that you still have internet and run the program. How this is done varies between windows 7, 8, and 10.
