This is caused by a few different things.
Geforce Now
Pirated Windows
Prebuilt PC’s where companies use cloned installs so the hardware id’s tend to stay the same.
So if you are using Geforce Now, dont, if you got a pirated version of windows go get a cheap key off a site that offers keys for $20, if its a prebuilt system often re-installing windows can solve this problem.
