I need help I thought I was supposed to put the Five Reborn.exe in my directory, but I wasn’t supposed to how I can I delete the files it added?
Delete them. Simple as that. Then run GTA and if anything got accidentally deleted it’ll redownload them.

Just delete them if you delete something by accident it doesn’t matter. Only matters if you’re a pirate who can’t therefore automatically redownload whats missing or verify integrity of game data with Steam.
