Do you have the required (ps-dispatch) too? if so make sure you are running them in order as such:
ensure ps-dispatch
ensure ps-mdt
It seems like the issue here is that the database tables required by the script simply don’t exist. Have you properly installed the resource, including creating new database entries?
The SQL file in question is named mdt.sql and should have been included with your download, if you downloaded the resource straight from ProjectSloth’s GitHub.
