Did you open up the ports 30110 on both TCP and UDP?
Did you perhaps change the following in the server.cfg:
# Uncomment this line if you do not want your server to be listed in the server browser.
# Do not edit it if you do want your server listed.
#sv_master1 ""
Yes it did not happen by rotator and yes by mikrotik
I did not uncomment this line it is commented so it does not work I do not know if it can be the key of the fivem that is bugada or what
