I need help my FiveM wont start it keeps saying it stopped working

Also add what you already tried so far.
I have tried uninstalling and re installing
starting it with admin
restarting computer

Why are you using a Windows version that isn’t getting updates from Microsoft anymore? You’ll need 7, 8.1 or 10 to run FiveM, presumably; the web site will be updated shortly to signify this.

And have you try to disable your Anti-Virus ?

ok im on 8.1 and i have not disabled it but my i have given the software to fully allow it to work without and interruption from the anti virus
