Hello fellow server owners, Is there anyone that can send me a link to a good EUP and some instructions on how to do it… all the ones ive seen say use NativeUI and when i put it in it says “can’t load resource NativeUI”

This one was pretty good, it’s the one I use. The server sided “8.1.” Can’t say I use any kind of EUP menu that auto populates uniforms, our members just sort out what they want using vMenu.
Have you tried maybe putting NativeUI on your server lol
