I’m the owner but the server doesn’t register

Hello im new to scripting and I decided to start my own server, I been in other servers before so I know that something’s got to be wrong. Im the owner but when I /Admin it won’t pop up as a suggestion or the menu won’t pop up as well, I’ll try other commands as a owner like /addlock or /adddoor but nothing is happening. Then I’ll F8 and write in the script chat but I get “access denied” I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP!!! Plus I get this red message when fivem loads up, I don’t understand that either or how to fix it

I already have an SOP for BCSO and I was hopping if I am able to help you start up the server then I could get a high rank.
