Ive tryed everything even youtube videos i meet the recommended setting? im very confused it just lags so bad most of the time when im in cars.

-4gb of ram
-i3-3220 3.3GHz
-windows 7 with 64-bit operating system

Lag is cause by network, Framedrop is caused by hardware
