i have waited over 2 hrs for it to get past this screen and it is stuck at this screen i honestly have no clue what to do at this point…if you think you know how to fix it you can DM me on discord Ht00b#8928 thx alot

did you have gta bought on Steam? If so, try the repair function from Steam.
