I have purchased the largest subscription and cannot link to it

Well, as mentioned in the title. I bought the subscription “Cfx.re Element Club Platinum”.

I bought the subscription with the same email address I used to register here. In my Cfx.re profile I have linked my patreon account (the one I used to buy the subscription, and that has the same email).

When I go to Keymaster to link the accounts, I can link the Patreon one but it doesn’t recognize the Cfx.re one.

In short, I have used the same email everywhere and I can’t link the accounts to enjoy the subscription I have purchased.

Any idea what could be going on?

It can take up to 6 hours to sync (and up to 24 if Patreon is having issues), did you wait since you’ve made the pledge?

it seems to have taken a little longer than usual. Just now I have just had it available and it has been 13 hours. I already thought I had done something wrong hahaha

Nah, it’s just Patreon being slow as usual lol, all good

Well at least it was 13 hrs, I’ve been waiting since Wednesday and nothing happens…

Your account is currently bestowed with the bonuses as you can see by the icon next to your avatar, make sure you’re using a key from the same account’s keymaster page and your benefits will be there

Same answer, make sure you’re using the same email between your Patreon and the forums, verify that Patreon didn’t suspend your pledge (they love to do that sometimes) and if all is well, wait - it takes up to 6 hours to sync.
