I have over 1,100 hours on fivem, this is by far the worst city I've been in

This server is completely pay-to-win, no one values their lives with a gun to the back of their heads, apparently killing someone OUTSIDE of the greenzone will get you banned, and the cops in this server refuse to value the lives of hostages.
If you actually like RP of any kind, this server is not for you.
Back to the pay-to-win point, I don’t mean $10 or something like that, people have spent HUNDREDS on this server just to have money.
