I have Low FPS on every Roleplay Server Why?

Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes

System specifications Graphics: MSI RTX 2080 TI 11GB, cpu: Amd Ryzen 3600x, Ram 16 GB DDR4 3000Mhz
What server did you get this issue on? I get Low FPS on almost every !roleplay! Server i join. I have 30-50 FPS on every Server and it doesnt matter if i play on Lowest Settings + 800x600 or if i play on highest Settings in 2K Its every time 30-50 FPS

I tryt to reinstall Windows but it doesnt helpd. I Updated all Drivers. I have no idea what i can do more. Please dont tell me thats its a Server Problem because Streamers with Worse computers can play on those Roleplay Servers while streaming 100+FPS. Im just sad. Can someone tell me what i need to upgrade?
