I have a problem with map blips

I’m having some issues when i open the map on my server.
I see some blips which i didn’t install on the server, also my minimap flickers.
My legend blips infos on the right whene i open the map also flickers.
how can i fix this?

If the server has over 99 blips, the blip legend will flicker.
