Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.
i keep falling thru the map when im speeding the car up and the textures arent loading i tried setting them on medium -nothing i tried some things on YT-nothing i reinstaled my gta5-everything is the same and my graphic card usage is on green even when im playing in very high also my internet connection is 75mb/s please help me i had this issue for a long time

btw my problem is the same as this guy"s Not Loading Textures and LIMBO
