Same thing here… Banned for not even playing for like 2 months… Staff won’t help me, they rejected my post about unfair ban. My ban ID: d6e2baf0-5a06-43a9-8407-0da9322500c8_36
I’ve never used hacks, never used Geforce Now for playing FiveM or even GTA. I’ve got idea to make a global video about this. Get some people reaction and make this thing loud.
You have an even digit at the end of your ban ID meaning you are the original cheater/banned person. In your case it’s because you were involved in a cheater community.
No buts, you won’t be unbanned. Nice threat to go make a “global video” about your “wrong ban”. The data clearly shows the ban is correct.
@d0p3t I don’t really understand this, my computer was bought 2 years ago, with a legit licence. Never had any issues with it, yet I have odd digits after the _.
I was also modding so that’s why I banned but just saying the info you gave is probably incorrect.
I hope I get unbanned though I’m trying to launch my server this week.
was it a prebuild? then its most likely the reason as stated here:
which i think is absolute bullshit.
you literally disproved the fact that the bin system is always “correct” with your post, and that innocent people DO get caught in the crossfire, image cloning is common practice with many PC Builders, so getting binned because someone with the same prebuilt cheated is a joke.
Yes, and doing it incorrectly evidently happens a lot too, which causes these bans.
That doesn’t mean that the ban system incorrectly bans players according to what FiveM sees. FiveM doesn’t ban a real life person, it bans a player according to the metrics seen/used. Innocent people DO get caught in the crossfire, but the bans themselves are correct.
not if they target the wrong fucking person? wtf is your logic?
“oh you were shot on range but dont worry i was aiming at the target so its fine”
It doesn’t ban a person. It bans a set of identifiers.
Also nice use of an extreme example. I don’t think you understand what kind of identifying information is used to ban players and that’s okay.
But trust me, people with these “odd digits” at the end of their ban ids are not banned through usual methods and they can simply “unban” themselves by properly installing Windows. It’s simply a case of incorrect installation of the system by whomever did it (Edit: literally not following Microsoft instructions to do said cloning of images).
ones that is EXTREMELY FUCKING UNRELIABLE MAYBE???
Im stunned that you do not see an issue in this and blame it on PC manufactuers or the user for having a prebuilt pc with a generic windows copy on it.
Nowhere is this done, however. The issue is with system manufacturers that don’t follow the Microsoft guidelines for deploying OS images, which is a really small minority.
Works fine if the system manufacturer has bothered to follow proper guidelines.
Similarly, the analogy is rather ‘sorry, we don’t allow anyone with a red shirt with a skull on it in here, as someone with that was causing a ruckus, but we can’t tell who exactly because these red shirts are incorrectly made; but you can take off your shirt or put on another one and you’re allowed in fine, since we don’t have an issue with you, we just have an issue with someone who used a red shirt with a skull that didn’t correctly label their shirts’.
except in this case it has to be a shirt made by x using y branding and you can only order online which takes 3 days, or a good 4 hours on any non-ssd pc ( ignoring time it takes to get all apps installed and backups made/restored ), plus it costs 100€.

Well their logic still doesn’t fit as I did this exact process with a completely new key and a reinstalled OS and still am banned. It did not auto unban nor does it really care it seems.
This product needs a better way for us, as users, to actually trust it. You saying “it is extremely accurate” is not a valid fact in the software world. Considering there is no way this has been tested in every environment in the many parts of the world it is used in. There has to be some level of accountability on a software developer to at least validate and give some sort of understanding of WHY someone is banned. Not a generic “you were cheating” or “the app thinks your PC is not genuine” when the company that makes the OS has already confirmed the key and PC as being valid from the activation of the key. Microsoft is the only one that can tell the OS it is genuine or not. Not FiveM. So unless you are partnered with MS I highly doubt it is 100% accurate and could very well have bugs that are causing these.
That’s because you’re the one that got banned. You’re not “soft banned”, so reinstalling Windows won’t help you. You don’t have a “conflicting” set of identifiers
It’s not the key that’s the issue, it’s something else, which will be unique on every Windows installation no matter if you reuse a key! But it’s not possible to go into full detail of why someone was exactly banned without giving away ways that the detection happens.
Your ban does not comply with this “incorrect Windows installation” issue that some are experiencing in this topic. I’m sure an official staff member will reply to your own topic in due time.
