What is the issue you’re having?
The texture doesn’t fill in, or if it does, I fall into the ground.
What are you trying to do?
I try to drive the car on the roads.
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
Reinstall FIVEM, GTA and try use extended texture budget.

Just go by car on the highway or anywhere.
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!

I have tried it on several servers, I have experienced it everywhere. I stepped on the FIVEM test server but I experience the same there.
Additional comments
I don’t understand the problem, as my machine is configured as recommended, so it’s quite strange.
I suppose a better processor wouldn’t be a problem, but why is this the recommended one?
I have not experienced this problem in basic GTA or ONLINE play.
