It hard to say what is causing this crash without any information
Please add the error text or take a screenshot using prtscn key on your keyboard and paste in here
Your log file can be found in your fivem application data mostly located in %localappdata%\FiveM\FiveM.app (the file with txt icon and called citizenfx/citizenfx.log)
Please take screenshots of these they can really help solving issues, you can do that by going to your gta installation on social club most of the times it’s C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V and take a screenshot using prtscn and ctrl v in your topic
