I cant open FiveM and play online

GTA V version? I buy the game yesterday soo it’s on the new version.
Up to date? Yes.
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit.
Steam/CD/Social Club? Social Club.
Windows version? I’m using the Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits version.
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes

System specifications Intel Core 2 Duo 2.30Ghz, 8GB ram ATI Mobility Radeon 4650 1GB
What did you do to get this issue? I only try to open the game and the game don’t open anymore
What server did you get this issue on? On all servers when i try to join, but i can’t open the FiveM anymore.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
I change compatibility mode to Windows & watch some tutorials to try to fiz but it’s everything on “Change to Windows 7 mode compatibility”

Are you playing on a laptop right now? I noticed you have an AMD GPU and that could be the issue if you’re playing on a laptop.

Yes i’m play on a laptop, but on December i play FiveM on the same laptop in a friend accont, but on mine account and after i format my computer don’t work anymore

That’s weird. There’s an issue with the AMD drivers and that impacts FiveM, so likely the cause of the problem. If you did get through that you most likely would have a black screen or be stuck on a screen with a random color.

So yeah, that’s the issue. Nothing the collective can do about it as far as I know, since it’s an issue on AMD’s side.

how does that laptop even run the game? it barely meets the minimum system requirements… i think its time to upgrade.
