Two-step verification is enabled on my account, but I haven’t logged in for a long time. During that time, I changed my phone and got a new one. Since I didn’t disable two-step verification during this process and forgot to transfer it when I changed my phone, I can’t access my account.
I still have access to my email and I remember my password, but when I try options like the password reset link, it still asks for a two-factor authentication code.
I don’t have access to my backup codes—I don’t even remember if I ever backed them up.
I contacted Patreon support and provided all the necessary information, including details on all my account assets, but they confirmed they couldn’t help and told me to contact the support team for my authentication app.
I use Google Authenticator as my authentication app, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone at their support team either, and I can’t resolve this issue. Please, could you help me figure out what to do?
