I can't load the game

i downloaded the mod today and i wanted to do some drifting.But i can’t do that because every time i launche the mod it says that my graphics card doesn’t support direct3d shared recources correctly, but the problem is that my AMD R5 M230 crimson edition fully supports it.i need HALP. PS. it also tells me to update my windows but its also updated.

@kristhefman Try to install the latest directX. download it from microsoft. And also
vcredist from 2012 to 2015 both x64 and x86.
