Additional comments

This crash has occurred every single time since first install — RedM has never successfully launched on this machine. I have tried the following fixes without success: clearing RedM cache, switching graphics API from Vulkan to DX12, adding RedM to Windows Defender exclusions, forcing RTX 4070 via both Windows Graphics Settings and NVIDIA Control Panel (Power management set to Prefer Maximum Performance), disabling OneDrive sync for Documents, and verifying RDR2 game files. RDR2 runs fine in standalone. Running on a laptop with Intel UHD Graphics + RTX 4070 Laptop GPU. Crash hash is three-sixteen-fanta, signature RDR2_b1491.exe+2C8363F. CitizenFX log and crash dump attached.
