**Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?**Yes
Also add what you already tried so far.
I tried the compatibility mode to Windows 8, 7, I tried to disable my Firewall and antivirus, I tried to reinstall this program about 8 times, I tried to reinstall DirectX, my Video card drivers, I tried to delete the “caches.xml”, the things inside crash folder. I guess that is all. Please, I am with this problem about 3 months.
