I cant connect at all

Im trying to host Fivem on my deadicated Ubuntu 16.04 server and it does the normal stuff but when i go into the game and try to connect to it i cant get it to connect when under direct or just searing it up

have you also allowed port 30120 through ufw? and reloaded ufw?

i turned it off to test it without it and had no connection still but i allowed that and the 10 one and usaly i dont have to reload the UFW
