I lent my account to a friend and now we can’t join the same server, cause we have the same id, I already tried reinstall gta and fivem, but still the same

Well both you and your friend are using the same account, that means you friend has to delete his digitalentitlements and use his own account

so, i gave my steam account to him, and now i purchased a new gta, with a different social club, but still the same problem, i will ask to him delete de digital, but idk if this will solve the problem, is there any id on my computer, or maybe the servers adm on fivem change de id?

Same thing is happening to me and I’m going crazy. I’ve tried all I could, deleted the DigitalEntitlements folder, deleted the profiles folder, made a new Windows user, unninstaled GTA and downloaded again and deleted FiveM A TON of times.
But even so, every time it logs in with the wrong social club, I don’t even know where it gets the info for it, wtf.

Please help

How are you sure it logs into the wrong sc account?

Because it keeps loading the same characters on servers
And yeah, I’m using a different steam account, that I know is actually loading the right one

Well if your friend used your account then the server linked his character to your account

Ok, but I’m trying on a completely different account now.
Like, I was logged with my own account, now I’m trying to use my friend’s account (it’s a bit complicated, but I’m doing this to play with my wife)

Edit (forum doesn’t let me make a new post):
AHAAA! Got it working now!

I closed steam, then deleted digital entitlements;
Then I opened FiveM, it asked me for SC account, I logged in with the one I want;
Then I opened Steam and entered the server I want to play;
I didn’t load the same character, it’s actually a new one now.
