I have edited my post.

Did you use your mods folder?

Do you mean in openIV?

Yes, the one in OpenIV

I have one, but I don’t use it. I go straight to x64/Audio/SFX

in my mods folder all I have is my Resident.rpf

Ah yeah now that I think of it it wouldn’t work in FiveM. Right now all you’ve gotta do is to get your original resident.rpf(unmodded one) and put that in x64/audio/sfx.

PS: If you dont have your unmodded resident.rpf you’ve gotta verify the integrity of your GTA5 files.

I’ve got a Resident.rpf in a Backup folder for if it went wrong, is that the unmodded one? sorry I’m a newby to modding

Right… my game starts! I’m now getting another error.

Quick google search tells me that in this thread a dev said that you have to have an unmodded copy of gta5 installed. You might want to verify the integrity of your game files.

You need a clean GTA V installation in order to run FiveM, your installation folder contains modifications which shouldn’t be there which indicates you either used modifications in the past or you are trying to use them right now.

Please remove your modifications and/or re-install GTA V in order to make sure you have a clean installation.
