You have helped me so much, as well as numerous people on here im sure, hopefully everything is ok with you, but it is very sad to see this.

I’ve learned a lot from you and your scripts. You seem to have a real vision for advancing the FiveM script base with your integrated Essentials Freemode. A vision for getting people to work together and for keeping things public (for a change). I hope you stay involved elsewhere and I’m sure many of us would like to keep up with you.
It must be incredibly frustrating to put hours into your open source projects, then ask for help, only to find your projects ripped off by money-making servers who then customize your work in closed ways and combine it with private scripts. These same server owners would probably call it ‘stealing’ if someone used ‘their’ customized versions of your scripts, and then have the gall ask FiveM to enforce their ‘property rights’ and their ability to earn donations from open source scripts and an open source platform.
Is this all a sign of things to come? I wonder if the few public developers left don’t need to consider a new modified open source approach: free to use and modify only if modifications are kept public and only if used on servers sharing all their scripts. Now that would be a software license worth enforcing.
