GTA III scenery in background making Fivem slowly, laggy and taking lot memory, too much like for client program. How disable it?

It don’t making slowly.
It don’t taking any memory. (100 MB max)
Most memory taking GTA V idle main menu.
FiveM menu not ‘client program’, it game.
