How to spawn new player with items

Im trying to figure out where to put and what to put for me to have new players spawn in with a few items in their inventory to start. Im on ESX Legacy .

In your identity ! after they create the character ! depending what identity you use !

You Can do this through the Database

Just goto the users table and change the default value of the inventory column.
