How to Renaim blips from start screen?

Hey, i’ve been looking for how to rename the blips on right side of the start screen.
Where its sais “Job center, Shop,Bank,ChopShop etc…”
I just want to renaim them. I quess that can’t be hard, but I just couldn’t find it.
