Go into the .YTD file for the vehicle you want to change the lights on using OpenIV export the light images and change the colors of the textures to the color you want import those images and save. or follow this video (Not me) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5q-JgKCRbow

I recoloered it but the lights stay in one place and also how do you change the spawn code from police3 to admin
