Hello i am very curios to ask a question i have my server and a name and i was asking how can i make sure no one is able to use the name or how do i get the rights to the name or own it??
Well I am not sure if names are protected under the copyright laws…
You can maybe protect it registering it as a trademark? Idk what the specifications are for registering it but
