How to make the police cars faster

I want to make the standard police cars faster, like “Police curiser” and the other police cars… how to i do them faster? i dont find a handling.meta file for them. and i dont find the files for that cars either.

Copy the handling.meta from the original GTA, through OpenIV. Delete everything except the police cars, and then just change the handling from for example “police4” to “police8” and then use that as a copy-paste template. Remember to update the handling line in vehicles.meta for the cars.
