How to make my server become 64slots

Hi,i am server owner.
I try to make my server become 64slots,
and i have been FiveM Element Club Argentum ,
and set the server.cfg sv_maxclients to 64,
add on “set onesync_enabled 1”.
but it’s not work.
what’s should i exactly to do?
