It’s the same as installing any other resource.

Step 1) Place the two folders, gcphone and esx_addons_gcphone into your resources directory.
Step 2) Insert the SQL inside the gqphonedb.sql file into your database.
Step 3) Place:

start esx_addons_gcphone
start gcphone

into your server.cfg Place this above any jobs you run.

Clear your server’s cache and start her up.
