How to give the option to spawn the whole car

Hi, there is an option in vehicles.meta to enable all vehicle extras, it’s called vehicleflags. You can check it here: [Tutorial] | Vehicles.meta | GTA5-Mods.com Forums

If the vehicle parts are mods i didn’t know.
