Hello everyone. I need help because when i replace my shirt with another shirt it wont show up in game. Do i need to change the name or what do i need to do? I am new to designing that’s why i need help

I’m pretty sure you need an Elemental Club subscription on Patreon to do this.

That’s correct, then you need to make sure your FiveM forums account email is the same as Patreon and your perks will sync over after ~6 hours. Then you can create license keys etc.
