How to get "steam:4239483asbsd"

I was wondering how you get the steamID from console such as Steam:321213213. Is there anyway you can copy and paste in console or a website that gives you that ID? Or is there a plugin where you can log the steamIDS and names?

It’s your steam 64 ID hex encoded. So, get your steam ID (e.g. 76561198044524804) then you can run it through an encoder of your choice (e.g. http://www.binaryhexconverter.com/decimal-to-hex-converter) make sure it’s decimal to hex.

With the example given, the output of the encoding process would result in 76561198044524804 becoming 11000010505B104.
