how to change the k9s ped vest?

As I know for most, you can not change the vest textures when using as a replace, is there any way you can show us how to replace another dog, with the same model, with a different vest?

You can edit .ytd of anything - replace or addon. Use OpenIV to extract the texture values you wish to change and edit them in something like Photoshop or Paint.net then replace the texture in OpenIV and add the edited .ytd back to your resource.

am unsure if you got this solved yet,
though it looks like either the Texture size being to big (game has a limit to like 16? or less MB)
so the model tries to draw from the nearst (or the YMT tries to load textures that are not there.)

go for 8 players and that isnt an issue :smiley: but over 8 players requires 15 donation on cfx patreon to stream peds and stuff :smiley:

You can download and drag and drop our resource to install it as an addon.

You just need to add the ped name to your clothing menu/whatever you use to change player appearance.

you must be new then cos thats how it used to be

Made sure to put a_c_shepherd^ in front of everything in the stream folder, and added the k9_ped to my recourse folder, but it still only loads in the default sh-k9 model, maybe my load order is messed up in my .cfg?

Don’t forget this line in fxmanifest :
