How to find my FXServer IP?

So I recently just made a FXserver and i’ve been trying to find my IP for the server, When i start up the Starter.bat file it runs the server and i find a IP address that says 178.32.9.100:30110, I’ve sent this to my friends to see if they can join but it says server not found. I also port forwarded with a Linksy’s router with the ports of 30120 both and end. I just need to know that if thats not the ip address of the server or I port forwarded wrong. [BTW nothing is wrong with the server.]

Open cmd and type ipconfig, it’s your ipv4 address.
