is there a way to add a costume sounds? like a non base GTA car sound? so maybe like a car sounds from another game or something?

@nickbigbutt Yes there is a way but it’s goin to work only client side. If you want others to hear the same sound, they have to install the same soundpack as yours.

For now i don’t see anything to stream car sounds on the servers server’side.

Custom sounds are automatically downloaded
To the client (if you are running a server)
But you MUST add the custom sound to your stream folder, and make sure your resource.lua
Starts the custom sound.

Because sirens are bound to the vehicle sound by default. If you use it in FiveM, just use a siren control script like LuxartVehicleControl and you won‘t have to worry about that
