How to convert replacement to addon vehicles

I am trying to convert these replacement emergency vehicles to addons, (mostly because i dont have enough slots and I cant switch between liveries).

The problem is, i dont know how to convert them, and i also dont know where to find the emergency vehicles meta files, such as handling, carcols, vehicles.meta, etc.

Can anyone send some help or advice my way?

there is tons of tutorials on the forums and on youtube, please do some searching before making a post on the forums.
