WIN KEY + R → %appdata%\FiveM for GTAV Enhanced

Open config.toml in your preferred editor and change the path.

I couldn’t find the folder. config.toml

It’s not a folder, it’s a file that’s located in the path from the original message.

You can try making a new file called config.toml and putting this inside (change the path to your game path).

Where can I place the config.toml file?, If I still can’t do it, would you be willing to guide me via Discord?

I had to update my CitizenFX.ini in path %AppData%Local\FiveM\FiveM.app (FiveM application Data) which is read for GTA5 Enhanced.

I can’t find a file named CitizenFX.ini or config.toml. In which folder are these files stored? If I have to create them myself, exactly where should I place them?

You are looking at where FiveM Enhanced is saved, this is totally different than the folder where your CitizenFX.ini is. You should have a standard FiveM folder and FiveM enhanced. The CitizenFX.ini is in the standard FiveM folder then Application Data.

Found config.toml but it resets to steam on every app run…
Tried to make it readonly, but it fails with no error, just closing fivem instead of an error about wrong folder.

Upd* worked another way: Windows Key + R, type regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Rockstar Games\GTA V Enhanced
rename InstallFolderSteam to InstallFolderSteam_old
and then edit config.toml
