How to change a chat message announcement to a pNotify announcement

So What I´m trying to do is that the automatic server restart announcement of txadmin pops up with the pNotify system, not with the chat.
This is the part in the sv_main.lua of the restart announcement

I tried several things but didn´t manage to get it working.
Any ideas ?
