How to add admin only vehicles, peds and weapons

well i ask this becuase i have alot of addon tanks om my server and yesterday i install a mega tank but it replaces the rhino tank so i only want admins to spawn it thanks for reading

Do you have any backbone resource like essentialmode?
Are you allowing scripthook?

i do have scripthook but what do you mean with backbone? and yes i have essentialmode

Either disable scripthook, or add the vehicle as an add-on vehicle

all of my modded tanks are addon but the rhino is a megatank and i would love to have only som ranks spawn them
