How to add a siren in game (Client Side)

I am wanting to install a siren to my game , so i have different sounding sirens than others in games. This is a new idea that came to me earlier today , so I didn’t know if anyone out - there knew or not. If anyone dose , PLEASE help ! I cant find anything worthwhile on YouTube , nor google.

like the audio ? custom sirens like LAPD sirens etc ?

Yeah cause i can’t get mine to work even tho my mate installed it the same way as he did his mine is still using the default siren.
