If you’re referring to the Rockstar License, it is a random unique token assigned to your Rockstar account once you have purchased GTA.

As a first step, I suggest you not to show your Rockstar license. Anyway, it’s not a parameter you can generate yourself, but it’s a token that certifies your ownership of the game, and it’s generated by the Rockstar server at the time of purchasing GTA.
